Blue Top Remodeling Warranty

This warranty excludes, and in no event will Blue Top Remodeling be responsible for incidental or consequential damages that were caused by accident or abuse, normal wear and tear, changes in temperature, settlement or moisture.

Additional exclusions include:

• Painted and stained walkways (e.g., decks, floors, steps, etc.)
• Dirt, mildew or rust accumulation
• Dry rotted, waterlogged wood and pulverized brick
• Color fading due to direct sunlight
• Blistering, peeling, etc. caused by too many previous coats of paint
• Varnished surfaces
• Nail pops or cracks from expansion and/or contraction
• Structural defects or issues caused by settlement or foundation problems
• Insect infestation
• Surfaces made of, or containing, galvanized metal
• Faulty gutters, bad roof job, or drip edge damage to painted surfaces
• Work performed that Blue Top Remodeling did not supply the paint or materials
• Any issue that was not caused by the work performed by Blue Top Remodeling

Blue Top Remodeling will not be responsible for slight variations in paint color when performing work under this warranty.
